There were many starts that shined on the stage Sunday night at the American Music Awards, but no one seemed to escape the shadow of Chris Brown. The wildly popular hip-hop singer proudly garnered three trophies for the categories of "Best Male Soul/R&B Artist," "Best Male Pop/Rock Artist" and the biggest deal of the whole night: "The Artist of the Year."
